I can’t say enough great things about Pit Crew Tires & Accessories! This is a wonderful family-owned business that truly cares about its customers. I had an emergency just after 5:00 p.m. when it was discovered by Nathan that one of my tires had been sliced by a razor blade. I was certain my tire would have to be replaced, which would have completely disrupted a trip I was taking with my grandchildren. Nathan Watson, my service advisor and the owner’s son, immediately stepped in to help. He and his team took the tire in, repaired it, and had me safely back on the road in no time. The repair was exceptional—good as new. Most tire shops would have simply sold me a new tire, but Nathan took the time to find the right solution instead of the most expensive one. Their honesty, integrity, customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond are exactly what every business should strive for. They truly saved the day and allowed me to continue making memories with my grandkids instead of spending the evening stranded. If I could give Pit Crew Tires & Accessories 10 stars, I absolutely would. They’ve earned a customer for life, and I highly recommend Nathan and the entire team!

The pit crew aligned my 2024 GMC AT4 better than the GMC dealership. The truck drives great and the steering is tight. I highly recommend these guys if you have a truck!!!

This place has been my saving grace thru all the ups And downs of multiple cars, multiple issues, and they are fast and knowledgeable. I have the unlimited oil change and it's so nice to be able to just get in and out lickety split. I think his last time I was sitting there for nine minutes and he's like you're all set!! Amazing.

Extremely impressed with this business. I wanted to put a lift on and they gave me an opinion on whether to do a 3 or 4 inch lift. I ended up going with a 4 inch because it would’ve saved me money in the long run. They made sure everything was good and safe to drive. I swear the truck rides much smoother. Like driving a brand new truck now. Everything was reasonably priced considering the amount of work they put into this. Not to mention everyone was extremely respectful. Definitely professionalism by far. Highly recommend going to them
